I’m an Occupational Therapist who loves supporting children and families through a neuro-affirming lens. My focus is on helping kids feel understood, capable, and proud of who they are while finding joy and confidence in their everyday routines.

I’ve found the most rewarding part of my work to be in schools and community settings, where I get to see children discover their strengths and build meaningful connections. These experiences have taught me the value of playfulness, being family-centred, and truly listening to each child’s voice.

I approach each session with creativity and compassion. I love using a mix of fun, movement, and curiosity in sessions to ensure sessions feel engaging and safe. My goal is always to meet each child where they’re at, celebrate their individuality, and support them to grow in ways that feel authentic and empowering. I love creating space for children to explore, connect, and grow confidently.
