My path to becoming a psychologist began in school – first as a researcher, then as an educator. While I had enjoyed working in these roles with students, their families, and their teachers, I found myself increasingly drawn to doing more to meet their mental health, psychological well-being, and developmental needs. The cumulation of all these experiences eventually led me to pursue a master’s in educational and developmental psychology.

My experiences working from preschool to secondary taught me how to connect with young people across all stages of development, from toddlers to teenagers. I enjoy both the personal connections built through individual work with my clients, as well as bouncing off the energy and balancing the dynamics of working in group settings. I collaborate closely with my clients and adapt my approach to meet their needs, whether it be through high-energy sessions or holding a space in silence, and look forward to supporting my clients along their journey as they work towards their goals.
