Registered clinicians offer private health rebates. Please enquire with reception at time of booking your appointment.


Moi Clinic provides services under third party providers such as TAC, VOCAT and DFFH. There are no out of pocket charges for individuals accessing services under these schemes. The provider will guide you as to the number of sessions you have, and individuals often work with their clinician to provide reports for accessing ongoing support.


The Australian Government provides rebates towards sessions with a psychologist and occupational therapists under a mental health care plan that can be prepared by your General Practitioner (GP), Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan you can access a minimum of six and up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The number of sessions provided may not always reflect the number of sessions a person requires. Please speak to your therapist for a guide as to how many sessions will be beneficial. To book with a psychologist under Medicare please inform reception when you enquire.


Moi Clinic offers clinical multidisciplinary services to children, adolescents, and adults under the NDIS. Individuals who are accessing Moi Clinic under NDIS will be guided by the frequency of their session by their plan manager.

All clients of Moi Clinic who are accessing services under the NDIS are requested to complete a service agreement which will outline the service you are receiving and the associated costs before you commence your treatment with us.

Moi Clinic will gladly assist you to navigate the NDIS such as assisting with applications and exploring your needs before applying.

Cancellation Policy

At Moi Clinic we aim to provide a service that is consistently available to the client. To be able to do this most clients are booked into ongoing weekly or fortnightly basis and this spot is held for you, even when you are away. Our cancellation policies help us to be consistent with what we are providing to the community.

Private paying client are requested to you provide 48 business hours’ notice prior to cancellation. If you are an NDIS client, we ask that you provide 7 business days’ notice prior to cancellation. Otherwise, a full fee service applies.

We offer telehealth to those who are unwell so that you can continue therapy from home if this is appropriate for you.
