I’m a psychologist who is passionate about helping people heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and self-esteem.

I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. My approach is genuine, practical, and honest, balancing warmth and compassion with evidence-based strategies and gentle challenges when helpful.

Using a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, I draw from CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and DBT, tailoring support to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I became a psychologist because of my love for people and meaningful conversations, and my belief that mental health is the foundation of overall wellbeing. I feel privileged to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work towards a fuller, more meaningful life.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, exploring nature, and spending time with the people I love.
