As a psychologist, I was drawn to the field through a deep curiosity about human behaviour and the ways emotional experiences and early relationships shape how we understand ourselves and others. My journey has led me to adopt a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, grounded in evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

I aim to create a warm, collaborative, and safe therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and gently challenged. I find working with individuals navigating complex emotional patterns and life transitions particularly rewarding, as it allows me to build strong therapeutic relationships and support meaningful insight and change. What I enjoy most about my work is walking alongside clients as they develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and practical tools to move toward growth and healing.
