I’m a warm and compassionate psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I believe therapy works best when people feel heard, understood, and supported, so I aim to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and goals.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and general well-being concerns.
My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, grief counselling, and other talk-based approaches. I am committed to fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, hoping that clients feel comfortable, and safe in bringing themselves into therapy. Whether clients are facing a specific challenge at this point in their life story, or are feeling stuck and are struggling, I will work alongside them to develop new perspectives, new approaches, and create positive, lasting change.
