I became a psychologist because I want to have a positive and practical impact on the people I work with. Through my own life experiences, I have seen how reflection, evidence-based psychological support, connection with others, and living in line with one’s values can shape a meaningful life. These experiences have strengthened my empathy and respect for each person’s story, and underpin my focus on early intervention and collaborative, evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team.

I am particularly drawn to working with adolescents and emerging adults, and tend to connect especially well with young men. I support clients as they navigate identity formation, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, substance use, anxiety, and depression. This work has highlighted my strengths in building rapport, normalising challenges, and helping clients clarify what matters most to them.

Clients often describe me as empathetic, funny, engaging, and thoughtful. My style is warm, curious, and down to earth, while still willing to explore difficult topics at a pace that feels safe. I most enjoy being present with people and seeing incremental change add up over time.
