We’re seeking a dedicated and client-focused Speech Pathologist to join our collaborative and caring team in Rowville. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary environment alongside psychologists, occupational therapists, and allied health clinicians.
You’ll provide evidence-based speech pathology services to children, adolescents, and adults, supporting communication, language, and social skills development. You’ll also have opportunities to work with families, attend school and kindergarten visits, and contribute to group therapy programs.

What we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to apply)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Working With Children Check & Police Check
- Driver’s licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A collaborative, adaptable, and client-centred approach
- Experience with paediatric and/or adolescent clients (preferred, but not essential)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and intervention for communication, speech, and language needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client
- Prepare accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other health professionals to support client outcomes
- Deliver services both in-clinic and in community settings such as schools or kindergartens, when required
