We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative and caring team in Rowville. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary environment alongside psychologists, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionals.

You’ll provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults, supporting their independence, participation, and daily living skills. You’ll also have access to our purpose-built occupational therapy gym, equipped with fine motor, gross motor, and sensory equipment to enhance therapy sessions and client outcomes.

This role includes opportunities to work in both clinic and community settings, including school and kindergarten visits, where needed.

Location: Rowville
Position Type: Permanent Part-Time (2–3 days per week) or Full-Time (with potential to increase hours as the clinic grows)

What We’re Looking For

  1. Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  2. Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to apply)
  3. Professional Indemnity Insurance
  4. Working With Children Check & Police Check
  5. Driver’s licence
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills
  7. Creative, adaptable, and client-centred approach to intervention
  8. Experience in paediatric, adolescent, or adult OT services (preferred, but not essential)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment and intervention to support clients’ daily functioning and participation

  • Utilise the OT gym and other resources to deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy

  • Prepare accurate clinical documentation and comprehensive reports

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other health professionals to achieve therapy goals

  • Deliver services both in-clinic and in community settings, when required
