I strive to place neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice at the centre of my work across therapy and assessments. I am also passionate about inclusion and safety for LGBTQIA+ clients. My approach is grounded in client-centred and humanistic values, collaboration, and recognising each person as the expert in their own life. I draw on the social model of disability to support clients in understanding themselves, identifying their strengths, and developing strategies and accommodations that help them thrive.

I enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, particularly Autistic and ADHD individuals, to explore identity and well-being in a holistic way. I aim to help clients build self-understanding, confidence, and skills to navigate the world in ways that honour their neurotype, needs, and values.

I also have an interest in psychological assessment with a neurodiversity-affirming lens. I aim to provide assessments that feel collaborative and supportive, in the hopes that the client feels understood and learns more about themselves in the process. I take care in attention to detail and writing reports that are tailored to the client’s needs. I conduct assessments of Autism, ADHD, cognitive abilities and academic achievement, for both children and adults, helping clients and families to learn more about their strengths, weaknesses, and support needs.
